THERE ARE THREE THINGS YOU NEED FOR GREAT CRAWFISH:  CLEAN CRAWFISH, THE RIGHT COOKING TIME AND THE PERFECT SEASONING.  WE'VE BEEN COOKING CRAWFISH FOR 35 YEARS, SO WE HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF EXPERIENCE.  OUR CRAWFISH ARE SOAKED AND CLEANED THREE TIMES AND WE HAVE SPENT A LOT OF TIME PERFECTING OUR SEASONG BLEND.  WHILE EATING OUR CRAWFISH, THE FAT JUICY TAILS COME OUT PERFECTLY AND YOUR HANDS AREN'T LEFT WITH A MESS OF SEASONING GRADUE.
